Your Converge account

One Converge account signs you in to Converge HCA and Converge IOMT. How sign-up, licences and trials work across the two products.

One account, two products

Converge HCA and Converge IOMT share one account system. Sign in once and the product switcher in the top bar opens either product in the same browser session. It shows only the products your company holds a licence for.

Creating an account

Create an account and choose business or student.

  • Business accounts start with a free trial of every Converge HCA module. The Converge HCA trial and the Converge IOMT trial are separate.
  • Students sign up with their school email address, and the school must be on our approved list. If yours is missing, ask us to add it.

Licences and seats

Converge HCA is licensed per module, with floating seats that belong to the company rather than to a person, the same model as Converge IOMT. The workspace (dashboard, asset register, periods, roles, audit log, imports and API) comes with any module.

Corporate sign-on

Signing in once across Converge products is not the same as signing in with your company's identity provider (SAML or OIDC). Ask us about corporate identity-provider sign-on when you book a demo.
