Regulatory reporting

Returns built from the month you locked, not from a spreadsheet copied out of it. Each report carries the lock it came from, and when a later adjustment changes its figures, Converge HCA tells you it needs refiling.

First-release scope. This page describes what the first release of Converge HCA covers. Book a demo to see what is ready today.

In the first release: a NUPRC monthly return and a generic export. NUPRC has not published its return layout, so we are confirming it before release. Returns for other regulators are planned for later releases.

WHAT IT DOES

The figures you file are the figures you approved

A regulatory return is a view of a locked period. Converge HCA generates it from the period’s posted records and checks that the report’s hash matches the lock, so what goes to the regulator is what was approved.

Reports are never edited in place. When a prior-period adjustment changes a locked month, the original report stays on record, the dashboard marks it as needing refiling, and the superseding report names the adjustment, its reason and its approver.

Partner reports and the audit pack come from the same locked data, so partners, auditors and the regulator see figures that agree.
